Hiiiiiii! How are we doing today? I am doing FABBBBBBBBBBBBULOUS! CA & I have made a deposit on our venue! We had a very good weekend beyond that and I couldn’t have asked for a better man to spend it with! š
O1.// I was a little bit cranky Friday, I didn’t get much sleep, migraine, and just a bad trifecta. CA got off work early so I asked him nicely (basically pleaded), to bring me some Starbucks. Luckily he loves me SO much and he didn’t mind.
O2.// CA & I went to a Red Bulls MLS game Friday night, we took the trains into Jersey and had a great time. They tied the game, which is good because the team they were playing against is in first place. So a draw is just one point a piece.
O3.// After a long night trying to get home, I had a four mile race with my IGR girls. I got to the park early to pick up my packet, and just unwind before trying to run four miles in the humidity of 85%. My run did NOT go well at all, but that is for another post of how horrible it went. But I finished and that is what matters!
O4.// After the race, I came home, and watched the Chile V Brazil game, in which Chile lost. Chile is where my father is from so of course I had to root for them. They played an AMAZING game against Brazil.
O5.// Saturday night CA & I had a BBQ to attend, friends Matt & Caylenne, Nicole & Adam, Ryan, Ashley & Brandon were all there. It was extremely nice to just sit back and relax with everyone, Matt & Caylenne are getting married in January 2015, so it was great to chat about wedding planning. The other two couples are already married so they were able to give some advice, and calm my nerves a bit.
O6.// After our venue meeting we headed to the beach with Troy and his girlfriend to just relax. It was a celebratory relaxing visit, the water is finally getting warmer which is nice.
O7.// After the beach CA & I went back to my house and I made two steaks, veggies, and potatoes. Nothing too special, marinated one in Italian dressing and the other in soy sauce just for some difference.
O8.// Since we booked our VENUE! I was able to send out our Save the Dates! These are simple but still amazing, they are for the out of state guests that we want at our wedding. Some people in my family live out of state, so after we booked the venue I wanted to be able to send these out to give them time to save money and try to come.
O9.// My cute little puppy, who isn’t really a puppy anymore because he’s turning TEN in November. He’s getting SO gray around his nose and eyes, it’s funny how gray he gets each day it seems.
