I’m not proud to say that I’ve fallen off the weight loss wagon again BUT I am back with vengeance. I have a new game plan that I implemented this week.
I will still be lifting 4 times a week, along with running 3 times a week, and doing T25 (a beachbody program) 5 times. I’ll be working out about 6-7 times a week.
Schedule-
Monday- Quads/ T25
Tuesday- Shoulders/T25
Wednesday- Run/Stairmaster/T25
Thursday- Chest & Back/T25
Friday- Hamstrings/ T25
Saturday- Run
Sunday- Run
There are no PRs since I am starting from “scratch” again, but I now have even more reason to lose weight. Besides getting married in LESS than a year, CA and I have a bet in place, whoever loses 20lbs or the most weight by labor day gets a freebie night out! I hope that this time it sticks, in 2013 I lost over 60lbs so I KNOW I can lose the weight I just can’t let up. I am extremely excited to lose the weight and make it stick, I want to look beyond AMAZING on my wedding day so I know I have to do this just for ME. So when thinking if I “really” want to workout or go running or wake up at 4am (yes that’s the time I wake up Monday-Friday), that I want to look beyond hot on my wedding day AND for our honeymoon.
Sounds like a good workout plan. I feel ya on falling off the wagon. I feel off the wagon for awhile. And 15 pounds gained and I’m finally ready to get back on the wagon. lol
