This week isn’t nearly as busy, just finishing up painting the spare room in the house, it’s finally ALMOST done, and is coming together nicely. CA and I have to move up the desk from downstairs {my computer room}, and finish making everything pretty.
Weight loss, down another pound WAHOO. It’s going nice and slow, and that means it’ll stay off! Into week FOUR of working with Tori and I really love it, leg days are HARD {penguin waddle anyone?}, upper body days make me feel like the She Hulk.
Cardio… FAIL, I just can’t, but Sunday we did some cardio, walking up and down stairs in Citi Field, also running to catch the train home. This weekend I’ll be running both days since I won’t have to lift anything besides shooting for some PR’s.
PR’s {Personal Records} for lifting–
these PR’s aren’t a 1RM {rep max}, but they are a PR for the amount of sets/reps I have to complete
{the # is in place of lbs… it’s a weight lifting thing LOL}
These all stayed the same- I had little time to try for PR’s last weekend so the numbers haven’t changed.
Squats- 195# 135# upped by 60# {these stayed the same}
Deadlifts- 185# 135# upped by 50# {these stayed the same}
Leg Press- 420# 180# upped by 240# {these stayed the same}
Hip Thrusts- 190# 150# upped by 40# {these stayed the same}
Bench Press- 95# {these stayed the same}
Shoulder Press- 60# 50# {these stayed the same}
SO the weigh in part.
