Today’s post is sponsored by U by Kotex, but my love for their pads and tampons are all my own!
It’s finally Spring time and that means all our favorite sports are back, and that it’s playoff time for Hockey! Hockey is probably my favorite besides Soccer, because it’s moving quickly and something is always going on with either the puck or soccer ball. One thing about the Spring is that at night, it gets pretty cool, which means if you are outdoors, you need layers!
Since CA and I are always going over the summer/spring for either Soccer or Baseball I’ve gotten good at packing a backpack with necessities.
What’s in my backpack:
Wristlet
Blanket
Long Sleeve Shirt
Extra Pants
External Battery Charger
U by Kotex® Ultra Thin Pad
As a female I always need to be prepared while out for games, Mother Nature never stops for anyone, especially for a girl on the go. The Ultra Thin Pad from U by Kotex is definitely my favorite pad, it’s thing enough for me to be comfortable, but the perfect protection.
The best part about the Cleanwear pads is the 3D Capture Core, which basically helps everything stay where it is suppose to be. No leaking, they also have wings, which means no movement! Now what girl doesn’t like a pad that doesn’t move while being active? I know I do, which is why I always carry about them wherever I go.
What is in your go bag that you bring with you to sporting events?
I like to take some wet wipes with me. Usually something like ShowerPill…cause in Florida I get hot and sweaty, so at least that makes me feel better!! And always a water bottle.
Thanks for sharing about what you pack for outdoor sporting events! I always take a water bottles and some wet wipes. Wipes can come in handy for anything! Sweat, dirt, you name it! Oh and some sunscreen, I always carry that! I burn so easy!
I always bring wipes, extra band aids and lots of water! I always over pack and depending on where we are going and what we are doing that factors into my picking lol! Usually though I make sure I keep injury prevention and aid just in case whoever is playing the sports get hurt or the other kids I bring do!
Oh how I wish I could pack as lightly as you! With two little boys, I feel like I am carting around a small house in my purse–band aids, snacks, pens, sunscreen, diapers, plastic bags–no wonder my shoulders are always hurting! Have a great Spring season with tons of outdoor fun!

Your list is similar to mine! I also make sure to bring an extra ipod shuffle and head phones. Plus
snacks a girl can’t go far without some fuel while being active, I normally pack a couple gu and stingers.
I also have the same stuff in my backpack but I also carry a bottled water so I can drink whenever I feel thirsty and too tired from the workout. What is the wristlet for? I haven't encountered that. A towel for the shower is also a must have for me.
I rarely get the chance to go outdoors but this definitely seems like the perfect carry along! I will have to keep this in mind for the future, thank you for this wonderful share!
I always keep a jacket in the car with me. And of course a stash of my lady products. It is so important to be prepared for the unexpected. Reacting to it is no fun.
Kotex get kudos for making pads that are highly-functional, with chic/fun packaging (i love the bright colors). Around that time of month, I always slip a thin pad into my purse, just in case. Those, along with a luna bar, lots of water (ideally with fresh-squeezed lemon for a lovely flavor boost), and lip balm (my lips are always getting dry when I'm out and about) are some of my must-haves.

A long-sleeve shirt lightweight jacket is always in my bag, too. Makes it so much easier to enjoy yourself when cold sneaks up on you. I also always have a water bottle-trying to be much better at staying hydrated no matter what I'm doing.
I use these too! I take wet wipes, water and deodorant when I'm outdoors. It gets SUPER hot here in Sacramento during the summer. Don't forget the bug spray too lol! The all natural stuff is best! Thank you for sharing.
