Well I was going to try and do this wrap up last week, but with going on the secret mission and all, it would be hard. So I let a take over happen and just let it all go… well not really but you know what I mean.
Well, I am officially DONE with my 10 day cleanse (yes this is being typed on THURSDAY 6.5.14 but it IS the last day of my cleanse so :P), and I feel amazing!
I think I did pretty amazing as far as eating “per the cleanse”, the only things that I had that weren’t ON the ok-ed list were cake for a birthday & a roll.. AND 3 sips of regular soda to get rid of my awful migraine. Besides those things, I did fairly well I think.
This is what the cleanse includes:
In the box you will receive 6 packets of the fiber drink (I chose Peaches & Cream, but Citrus is the other option), 7 packets of dietary supplements, & 7 probiotic restore ultra supplements. Also included will be a pamphlet with all the information & schedule for when to take all the supplements & fiber drink.
The meal plan for the cleanse is as follows:
Meal 1: Protein, Carb, & Fruit (or Meal replacement shake)
Meal 2: Healthy Fat & Fruit
Meal 3: Protein, Carb, & Vegetable
Meal 4: Healthy Fat & Fruit
Meal 5: Protein & Vegetable (Carb optional)
No Fried Foods, No Refined or White Flour/Rice, No Alcohol, No Sugar, and No Dairy
Since I already do IIFYM, altering what I ate (and at what time), was easy for me, I also already drink a shake each morning (just because I’m lazy).
The results!
I unfortunately forgot to take pictures… ya I remembered on day FOUR, and just figured I’d do my inches instead. I will be doing this cleanse again along with the 14 days for the 24 day cleanse, and THAT I will be taking pictures for (pinky promise)!
I started out at 219.5 and went down to 215, not as LOW as I would have liked but I know that my inches went down. Especially in my stomach, which I dislike ALOT.
Inches Lost-
.5″ – each arm
.5″ – each thigh
0 – calves (stayed the same)
3″ – waist (belly button)
1.5″ – hips (around bottom)
0 – bust stayed the same (chest)
0 – neck stayed the same
Even though I don’t have pictures I just know by how my clothes fit, which sometimes is better than the (evil) scale.
I can’t wait to see more results, especially since these were after only 10 days!!
