I’m not sure about you, but it’s so not feeling like fall on Long Island, NY! It’s an Indian summer with a sprinkle of fall-ish weather. I’ll be the first to admit, I am a fall girl, but I love how much daylight we have during the summer time, but not the humidity. We’re still experiencing the humidity because it’s been raining… for what feels like days here, ugh. Fall usually means trying new products that have been released or new to me. And I’ve definitely enjoyed trying out these products, my September was busy and October hasn’t slowed down at all!
Aveo Hello Contact Lenses- I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in Kindergarten, and in 7th grade, I finally got fitted for contacts! After figuring out how to easily place the contacts on my eyes, I was hooked on wearing my contacts instead of glasses. I even used to wear colored contacts, I loved having turquoise and blue colored eyes, it was so much fun! I will be the first to admit that I wasn’t the best at changing my lenses when I was supposed to. I had 14-day lenses, and I wore them longer than 14, usually remembering it was time to change them when my eyes started to hurt! Which is not a good habit to get into. I recently switched to dailies and I love them, my eyes no longer hurt if I wear my contacts all day long.

Wearing a shaper for an event such as a wedding or social event makes me feel confident that it’ll smooth out my stomach & waist for a better fit for my dresses! I love the removable straps so I can wear it with all of my dresses, including the ones that have a sheer lace top! Earth Shoes- These were my favorite things to try out this month! I do wish that I had more time to try out the Zane (in black) shoes! They’re such a cool zipper in the front and the ONE day it was fall weather on the weekend I wore these with skinny jeans and it gave it such an edgy look! I got to wear the sneakers the most, Gallivant (in black), the comfort level is unbelievable! They’re light sneakers and the insoles, oh my gosh I can’t begin to explain how comfortable the cushion is! One more amazing this about this company, they Plants a tree with every purchase in partnership with Trees.org! They have amazing booties too, which to be honest I need to get like now because if the sneakers are this comfortable I can only imagine how comfortable their booties are!
Summers Eve– I love Summer’s Eve products, especially the cleansing cloths. I have a few in my purse as well as my travel bin (filled with all travel associated products). I love the smell of the coconut water cleansing cloths, it’s a fresh scent that makes me feel refreshed on a humid day. These come in handy when traveling or if I have a long day at work and I’m going to an event right after work. The Lavender + Chamomile cleansing wash – rinses away odor-causing bacteria without leaving the feel of any residue after your shower. This is perfect after a good workout or the perfect way to start your day.
