Ah Friday we meet again, thank god. It’s been a great week over all but I definitely love my weekend where I can look forward to enjoying the sunshine outdoors and not just through a window.
I am excited for this weekend, le boyfriend and I are staying in for dinner tonight (new recipe). Tomorrow we have a Yankees baseball game at 1 which will be awesome for sunshine! Than relaxing the rest of the weekend, most likely another recipe will be tried; thankfully he doesn’t mind being my guinea pig LOL. I am doing IIFYM now with my weight loss and definitely can’t wait to see the results, which reminds me at some point I will have to take measurements and new pictures.
*Tuesday my baby and I just relaxed and I snapped this picture of him. He’s so cute, even if he thinks he’s a lap dog…. at 80 lbs.
*Wednesday- I had a great idea for a blog post at work and wrote it all out. And this is how my night looked afterwards, blogging outside, my baby and my yummy dinner.
*Thursday- ah, my second training session at the gym, ya I wanted to crawl to my car. It was a great session, lots of squats, lunges, power squats, and upper body work as well.
*Friday- ahhh I found this, when I woke up and this week I changed things about what I am eating and how much. It’s called IIFYM, instead of focusing on calories I focus on the grams of protein, carbs, and fat that I eat daily. I stay in a certain percentage each day, and it means I can have some treats (like oreos and chocolate), and stay within my macros. It’s not SIMPLE but I love how much wiggle room I have without worrying about what I am eating.

IIFYM is so awesome because I feel like you aren't depriving yourself of anything! I haven't been counting calories for a couple weeks now and I'm already down another 4 pounds!
I need to do some quads and abs but im having a hard time just making myself go run LOL
Your doggy is so cute! Do you do Blogilates? I love to work out with to her videos when I don't want to go to the gym. ๐
I just started Couch to 5K and using a new workout app (I'm a new iphone user). Is that IIFYM app easy to use? I might have to add it to my arsenal!
