I’ve lost my motivation, have you seen it? If you see it, please kick it’s butt ALL the way back to my house please. I am in desperate need of it, cause I haven’t ran on my own (apart from last night) in 2 1/2 weeks, and going to the gym has gone from 5 days to only 2 days in the past 2 weeks.
I am in the same position right now. I am kicking myself because I know where I was before and I am so far from that right now. You would think that a wedding in less than a year would be enough, but I haven't kicked it into high gear yet. However, I was feeling pangs of motivation the other day – so I think I am getting there! Good luck 🙂
I think getting that initial kick to get back on track is the hardest. Once you're there, you're there and you're good. You think to yourself, "OMG, why did it take so long!?"
