I’ve hit a bit of a low point of my weight loss journey, I hit this every once and a while, this time it’s hit me a lot harder. I don’t want to get up when my alarm buzzes on my Fitbit or rings quite loudly on my phone. It’s bad-really bad-but I do know one aspect of my lifestyle change that I can work on with little effort, my diet. Losing weight is 80% nutrition & 20% exercise, you can’t out exercise a bad diet. It’s 110% true, you can workout diligently 5 days a week, but eating junk food won’t get you to your goal body. Eating better isn’t always easy, especially with a busy life, being a mom on-the-go, or even just a fitness enthusiast, it takes work. Prepping your food takes a chunk of time out of your day, and sometimes, picking up something (aka fast food) is just easier.
These look so good. I love cashew butter and almond butter, I’d love to try these.
