It’s closing in on Thanksgiving and staying on track with any kind of training isn’t easy. I for sure loveeeeeeeeeee my food and Thanksgiving and all it’s goodies are one of my favorites. This time of year I also make about 12 different types of cookies so it’s extra hard wanting to eat the batter and or cookies themselves. With life things happen, alcohol, over eating, staying up late, and those are all good ways to stray off the path to your goals.

Winter makes a summer body ready, and for me it means I’ll be ready for my wedding. I have a wedding dress I want to look smoking in and a honeymoon in Europe that I want to look great in.
