Summer Snacking on the Go with Nature Valley

Raise your hand if you’ve been on the go since Summer started? *Raises hand* You too?! I truly love the summer time, beautiful weather, more outdoor time without being cold. Working indoors makes me want to get outdoors whenever I can, especially on the weekends. Whether we’re going out for breakfast, running a race, taking Thor for a walk, or tending to the garden, being outside is the name of the game. Summer also means wedding season, going for weekend trips, day trips to see friends, or going out east to enjoy some wine. Whether you’re like CA and I who are always busy with friends or are a parent with children off for the summer, smart snacking isn’t always the easiest thing to do.  

CA works a large part of his job traveling from site to site for service calls. Therefore, it’s not easy to have a nicely prepared lunch every day. Since he is conscious of his health through regular running and bicycling, fast food on the go isn’t his best option. I tried three of these flavors, and they’re all delicious! I love grabbing one each morning and putting it in my lunch bag making it easier for smart snacking at work.
