My last post I talked about weight loss and how hitting a bump in the numbers or the slight cheating in what most call ‘diet’ but I prefer lifestyle change! If you haven’t read that you can do so by clicking Here.
Weight loss is a huge deal, especially for those who have a lot to lose like me! I am 241 pounds! I am not ashamed of who I am by any means! Now, granted… I don’t like getting dressed up and such because even though I am not ashamed I am uncomfortable in my skin. I want people to remember to take it one day at a time!
With that, I want to offer you this free Weekly Meal Plan printable. I know there are loads out there but I have seen so many that have a lot of design to it that it could really eat you ink up and I don’t want that. So I made one for you all with some pretty colors and pretty plain Jane.
Planning your meals can really help you keep yourself on track with your lifestyle change. There is no waking up and trying to figure it all out and then get distracted and totally forget to pull out the chicken and then you just end up ordering pizza for the family and your stand there eating a yogurt and you call that dinner. Nope! That is not aloud!
Plan your meals! Browse Pinterest and google! You want Breaded Wings? Look for a healthy way to make them. You want pizza or mozzarella fries? Find the healthier way to make them and just portion control! Get yourself a kitchen scale!You can do this! Planning your meals can really help!
