Wow, busy week very happy with what I’ve accomplished and even happier what is going on today!
{ONE} After a very long weekend, it was awesome and relaxing, and I also broke a weight loss plateau! Even with all the weight loss horrors I’ve had this past almost YEAR (jeez that is a LONG time).
{TWO} I’m extremely happy blogging wise what I did this week! I’ve written about my running and how I started, than about body image. I am turning my blog into what I want it to be. Lifestyle AND Fitness blogging, it’ll be sometimes soul bearing especially for weight loss posts & others it’ll be funny, or just real life things that aren’t so serious. And than a lifestyle post that makes me giggle.
{THREE} Yesterday during work… I stumbled upon… A Southern Drawl.. And on it Grace’s boyfriend was talking about using the manual setting for a D-SLR camera… step by step, and on that particular post, it had links to previous posts for the manual settings; and OMG guess what?! I finally figured out HOW to use my frkn D-SLR camera! It took me about 20 mins, to really play with it and figure it out what exactly he was talking about (he calls him self “the boyfriend” his name is Andrew btw). It was like seriously EYE OPENING, on how easy it is to shoot in manual.
{FOUR} I finally also took photos of my self for my weight loss progress, ON the D-SLR camera. They will be posted after I finish week 4 of Gamma which will be April 15 they’ll be up on the blog for Tough It Out Tuesday. That will be a soul-bearing post for me, but it WILL happen….
{FIVE} It’s official…. I have COMPLETED Focus T25 Alpha AND Beta rounds! I am officially done with Beta and next Monday I start Gamma! It’s the “extra” DVDs that you can purchase and since I have them I’ll be starting Gamma Round 1, than Round 2, and than repeating Round 1 again before I start my HALF MARATHON TRAINING! (I’m excited)
My DSLR is always on auto- might have to go check out that post. And yay for weight loss milestones!
